Sequencing

Sequencing is an integral part of our quality control process. The complete plasmid sequence will be determined by Next Generation Sequencing.

Concentration Determination

The concentration is measured through UV/VIS spectroscopy and fluorometric methods. Once the concentration is determined, we offer adjustment to your specific requirements.

Purity

To ensure that no organic contaminants are present in the product, we measure the A260/A230 ratio in our samples. Furthermore, we assess the A260/A280 ratio to guarantee the purity of our DNA. By maintaining optimal ratio values, we ensure that our DNA products are free from contamination.

Endotoxin Testing

To withhold process related endotoxins from compromising your product, we can offer to perform production using endotoxin free materials. This saves valuable time and effort downstream, eliminating the need to remove endotoxins during your production process. The efficiency of endotoxin removal will be verified through corresponding testing.
